E-011 German 200 l Fuel Drums Set #1

Overview German metal 200 l fuel drums were probably the most common item seen in maintenance and supply areas and is quite often used by modellers on their dioramas. This set will improve your kit adding more realism to your diorama with properly detailed drums with steel reinforcement rims and covers with inscriptions.

Set contains following elements in 1/35 scale:

4 resin barrels,
20 photo-etched elements for completing 4 barrels.

Photo-etched elements have covers for one barrel of Wehrmacht, Kriegsmarine, Waffen SS and Luftwaffe.

Painting Tips

In most cases barrels were left in their natural metal look — greyish silver zinc covered steel with darker steel reinforcement rims which could be a little bit rusty, especially in older barrels.
